Yes! Any free account can publish up to 3 events, which will be reviewed before final publication. Click "Publish an event" and fill in the details (venue, date, description, category). Organizers needing to publish a higher volume are invited to contact our advertiser service via the dedicated form.

Create a free account, then activate your organizer space from your profile. Just enter your organization's name. Activation is immediate and completely free for 1 year — no credit card.

Each organizer gets a dedicated URL (koafer.com/agenda/your-org) with their logo, banner and all their events. This page is indexed by search engines and can be shared on flyers and social media.

The Koafer widget lets you display your upcoming events on your site with a single HTML snippet. It updates automatically whenever you add or edit an event.

As an organizer, you can publish an unlimited number of events via the interface or API. Events are moderated to ensure the quality of the agenda.
